In this episode, I go back to my audio vault for a podversation with Tim Ferriss. I dig super-deep into the experiment called life that Tim has become famous for. I grilled Tim on how a better body can actually lead to a better business.
I especially love Tim’s take on what 1 thing I should do to stay fit, focused and successful. You just might be surprised by his answer.

The podcast with Tim Ferriss was interesting and stimulating. He does make some far-fectched claims. Unless one is exceptionally gifted physically it is not really possible to gain the muscle mass he claims for himself and his father. A man under forty might gain 1 to 2 pounds a month of lean body mass while a man over 40 (certainly 65) will gain perhaps .5 to 1 pound per month.
Not sure about all of his claims, but you’ve gotta love the way he experiments with things. I have been reading a lot about ways to add muscle that SEEM to back up his claims. Glad you found it interesting.
Really like Tim’s integrative approach to life. Fabulous insights and information. Bill’s questions are perfectly positioned to encourage the best responses from Tim. A great mix of levity and gravity. Love the tip at the end, just perfect for people like me who like to slot exercise in and then get on with business!
Yeah, I love that tip at the end, too. I’ve been following it, too.
Body and business- a perfect Segway to the integration of mind, body, spirit and dare I say business? A fun podversation, filled with info I intend to implement. Looking forward to your next podcast.
Thank you, Kate… Hope you like all the episodes going forward.
